ID 105's strike request against Lightran

Nocturnal DarkRP, I got a group on there called the MPF, Lightran insults the members when he got moderator.
MPF started growing, his hatred got bigger, He started working against us, by breaking some rules. As always, he gets away with it.
He started breaking rules like NLR, RDM, or abusing !goto to stop raids that were started by MPF members.
I wanted to talk to him, he refuses with an immature response: "Shut up nigger."
He later got administrator, things got worse.
He started using !slay on MPF members who were defending theirselfes and the group.
Even kicks occured, for having "MPF" or "CCA" or "UU" in their names.
Later, he allowed other players to RDM the MPF. A player, Called Dark heart, Got RDM'd. he returned to the location where he got killed,
He gets banned by Lightran. And ofcourse, longer than an other NLR breaker would get.
We got RDM'd infront of his face, we shot back, he kicked us for RDMing.
Later, a member of the MPF, made a moderator application. It got denied. Why? Beceause he was in the MPF.
People started RDMing us, we took action, we get the nickname "RDMers."
A couple of days ago, a member of the MPF, called MaximusPrime, joined the server. As always, Lightran was insulting the MPF members.
MaximusPrime asked nicely if he could stop insulting. He kept goign on, MaximusPrime told him to be quiet, Lightran starts insulting,
MaximusPrime got muted. For defending himself and the group, obviously.
Later, he muted all the members according to MaximusPrime.
he also gave !noclip to allot of players, which they use to raid, farm printers, or in short, cheating.
Awhile ago, the following happend:
A player joined the server, with the name "LightRan's lover."
She started shooting all the MPF members, I kicked her.
Lightran gets mad at me. Even threatening to demote me. Which he did after my respond of him calling me a nigger.
He broke serveral rules himself aswell. Two days ago, I offered him to talk. He didn't accepted, and as always, instuls us. This time for
faggot.

What I also noticed, he makes the ban periods of MPF members way longer than a regular player.
For example, a normal player gets banned for 2 to 5 hours for breaking NLR. An MPF member, gets 24 hours minimum. Even though it's returning to a location they got RDM'd at.

For the people who don't understand the MPF:
UU is a community, that Roleplays as a group of trained, and civilized CP's.
We don't swear, or break the rules. We're strict with that.
We have our own ways of roleplaying one should respect, as we respect the way of those who have their own ways as well.

Lightran is making the RP and the staff look like a joke. Something needs to be done. Full support from myself for Lightrans demotion to PLAYER.

The best example I have besides the pics 105 is displaying is that anytime he joins the server the first thing he says always contains the word "Nigger". It makes the staff and community(server) look racist, look offensive and is really unalterable.

Well... He can be alright sometimes, but he does let the players RDM us, once he let them RDM me, I fought back and got frozen and muted until I said sorry... (I WAS MUTED), I left the game and got repeat kicked until I decided to just leave for a few hours...
I agree and disagree at the same time. He's a nice guy most of the time.

Reasons:
He's being a complete douchebag to almost everyone on the server.
Before he got mod he was the biggest minge on the server ever. (Well actually, he still is.)
He abuses his powers.
He abuses powers to give players powers. (Giving noclip, giving health ect)
He makes the punishments for MPF'ers longer and harder.
I get RDM'd and he says "Haha nice shot".
He's insulting the living crap out of people.
Almost every post he makes in the forums are negative, insulting and racist.
Instead of talking with people and thinking first, he just directly kicks/bans/insults.
He's just a big virus on the community, if he wouldn't have became staff, the server would probably be more popular, healthier and better.
And LOADS of other reasons.
Hopefully Alex will actually do something about this.
I can't belive how many times LightRan has crossed the line and got away with it.

This really is stupid.

This thread is led by an HL2RPer who thinks he owns the server and is being backed up by children and constantly banned/kicked players. The worst part is, ID 105 has admitted that he does not care about the server, and shows it constantly when kicking, muting and insulting regulars, me included. Lightran is specifically hard on the MPF players for a good reason, many of the MPF abuse the Civil Protection class with random stunsticking such as making players get against a wall for no reason and beating them to death. Not to mention how you sent an MPF to the server (666000) just to insult and threaten Lightran.

As for Lightran, yes, he does abuse, but well within acceptable boundaries no where near the need for demotion. He doesn't punish without consulting the reported person. (which is seemingly uncommon amongst the admins/moderators) As for the Noclipping/healing. I'd say light does need to tone it down a notch, but it's not all out abuse at all, he keeps track of who he gives noclip and if they kill/put prints he clips them and punishes them accordingly.

It appears that 105 is butt hurt and cant stand that lightran had him demoted for a legitimate reason. He has been saving all this evidance because of some vendeta against lightran.

I am not saying its ok for lightran to abuse his powers or any of that crap. But a request from an inmature little group of kids isnt going to do much and really is working against their cause of having Lightran removed.
